Education.
We believe it is imperative that every community has access to authentic Islamic education. At Ribat, we hope to link the chain of Muslims today back to our pious predecessors that worked relentlessly in preserving our faith.

Our educational programs revolve around the fardh ayn; the personal obligations. The Islamic tradition presents Islam, Iman, and Ihsan as the study of belief, law, and spirituality - these are the foundational sciences make up the core of every Muslim.

Service.
While making Islamic education readily available, Ribat also provides numerous services within the Richmond area. Whether it’s feeding the impoverished, city cleanups, or convert care for new Muslims, we make it a priority to serve our community.
Dawah.
Along with educating and providing services to our local community, inviting our neighbors to Islam is one of the main pillars of Ribat’s vision. We believe that Islam is a birthright to humanity, and it is part of our mission to spread the light of Islam far and wide.
